Mindful Self-Compassion: How it can help you and your clients

Mindful Self-Compassion has been shown to increase well-being and reduce caregiver fatigue. We’ll discuss the research on the efficacy of self-compassion practice and learn how incorporating it into your own life can help you feel happier and experience less burnout. We will also discuss ways to implement self-compassion techniques in clinical practice to help your clients progress in their treatment. Finally, we will make time for an experiential self-compassion exercise.
