Professional/Personal Biography
As women, we can easily become blind to our inherent strength, that deep resilience that can carry us through our darkest moments, such that we become stronger from them. Within the chaos of divorce, trauma, grief and unexpected change, our identity - our very sense of self - is temporarily lost. Life’s tragedies, and even new opportunities, can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, or broken, when in reality we are simply on a natural, yet hidden, search for our new bearings. This is hard work with many setbacks, and it is also the most meaningful, honest work we get to do as we navigate the relentlessness of being alive.
I’ve worked intensively with women for 10+ years with a focus on holistic mind-body resilience, blending in mindfulness, meditation, experiential work and yoga therapy. My job is to create the space such that you can recognize your authentic self, and then bravely confront your life, your past, and ultimately yourself toward greater meaning, peace and joy.
We will personalize our work together around your needs and hopes, with in-the-moment support as you navigate difficulties, all while creating your personal resiliency practice to deeply root into your strength, now and for the rest of your life.
